PINE CAR DERBY UPDATE
Pine Car Weigh–In-
Sunday, March 14th from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm at the
John Mato’s house located at 14 Coral Drive

All cars
must be officially weighed and turned in at this time to be
held by the Pinewood Derby Committee until after the
car has completed their rank runoff. The
car will be presented to the Scout along with the participation award. (If you
are unable to personally bring the car to the Weigh-In, please arrange for
someone to bring the car to the Weigh-In for you.) Absolutely
NO CARS will be accepted after
the day of the weigh-in.
Pine Car Race Day is Friday, March 19th
in the Newbury Cafeteria. First Race starts promptly at 6:30PM (Tigers)
District Races-
Saturday, April 17th.
First place winners of each rank
(Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos I) are
eligible to race at the district level, district level winners will race at the
County level which is the same day.
